This notice covers this website only — the studio identity at houseflax.com. Velora, Lunara, and any future product have their own sites and their own privacy notices when they launch.

What this site does — and does not — collect

This is an informational website. It does not create accounts, take payments, or run a shop.

• If you email us, we process your email address and the content of the message in order to reply.
• Our host may process technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamp) needed to serve and secure the site.
• We do not use advertising cookies, analytics pixels, or social trackers on this site.

Payments

House Flax does not collect card numbers on this website. When a product launches, payment is processed by Stripe on that product’s domain. Stripe acts as an independent controller / processor for payment data under its own terms.

Why we process data

Legal bases under the GDPR:

• Contract / pre-contract — answering a support or product question you send us.
• Legitimate interests — keeping the site secure and diagnosing faults.
• Legal obligation — tax, accounting, and consumer-law records when a sale happens on a product site.

How long we keep it

Support email is kept only as long as needed to resolve the request, then deleted or archived as required by Italian bookkeeping rules (generally up to 10 years for invoices and fiscal records). Server logs are rotated on a short cycle by the host.

Who we share with

Hosting and email providers that run this site. Stripe, on product sites, for payments. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italy) or your local EU supervisory authority.

Children

Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If this notice changes, we will update the date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
